City Hall is located at 82 Court Square and is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Our friendly staff is available to answer all your questions.
City Hall contains our Mayor, City Clerk, Utility Billing, and our Administrative Services. Our City Council meetings are also located in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
Paying your utility bill is easier than ever! You can use our Online Bill Pay, drive-thru window or drop box in the drive-thru, or come in to conveniently make your payment. Effective April 1st all Utility Bills are due by the Close Of Business (5:00 pm) on the 15th day of the month. A 10% penalty will be added to accounts paid after 5:00 pm on the 15th. A $25.00 late fee will be added to accounts not paid in full by the 25th. Accounts not paid in full by the 25th are also subject to disconnection. Utilities disconnected for non-payment must be paid in full to be reconnected. Online Payments made after 5:00 pm are subject to the same penalties as above. Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
